Abs

This is a sampling of my basic ab workout.  I also do more planks so look for the plank workout coming soon.  This can be done with or without weights for the most part

Upper Body: Arms, Back and Chest

This is what I do when I have access to my gym at home for my upper body.  Again, don't worry about doing the same amount of reps or using the same weight.  I worked up to this too.  If for some reason I go a little longer between workouts I might have to dial it down a notch and use a little less weight.

Buns and Leg workout

Since I fly and am staying in hotels quite a bit, I have to vary my workout routine.  This is actually the lower body I do when I'm home and have access to my gym.  I'll post my dumbell and cable lower body workout later.  If you want to do this workout, don't worry about doing the same amount of reps or using the same weight.  I worked up to this over time.  Start with what's comfortable and set goals.  Maybe do fewer reps or fewer sets and use less weight.  But gradually increase the weight.  If you increase a little with each set you'll find progressing is easier.
