Since I fly and am staying in hotels quite a bit, I have to vary my workout routine. This is actually the lower body I do when I'm home and have access to my gym. I'll post my dumbell and cable lower body workout later. If you want to do this workout, don't worry about doing the same amount of reps or using the same weight. I worked up to this over time. Start with what's comfortable and set goals. Maybe do fewer reps or fewer sets and use less weight. But gradually increase the weight. If you increase a little with each set you'll find progressing is easier.
